Roseneath Skin Clinic is committed to ensuring the best experience for our patients. This policy explains our terms and conditions for booking appointments and payments for those appointments.
Consultation Charges
Our practitioners provide thorough assessment and advice during your initial consultation. There will be a standard consultation fee levied for all initial consultations.
Review consultations are not generally charged, but this is at the discretion of the practitioner.
Treatment Courses
If a course of treatments is booked as a package and eligible for a package discount, it is expected that these treatments will be redeemed within 1 year of purchase. Discounts may not be applicable after this date. Refunds of unused treatments purchased as a package are not available.
Payments
Payment is to be made in full at the time of treatment. A payment plan is available to patients who wish to pay for treatments in advance by monthly direct debit. Please speak to your practitioner if you wish to arrange this method of payment.
Non-attendance or short-notice cancellation fee
To ensure we can manage our booking system efficiently, the following policy is in place. Patients who have a prior short-notice cancellation or non-attendance will be charged a £25 non-attendance fee for any subsequent short-notice cancellations or non-attendance. Short notice is deemed to be less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. This fee will need to be settled before future treatments can be administered.
General Medical Refunds
All treatments at Roseneath Skin Clinic are carried out to the highest possible standard. Results of cosmetic or medical procedures are variable, and from time to time, outcomes may not meet a patient’s expectations. We sincerely hope you are happy with your treatment or procedure with us. However, we welcome your feedback and comments. Please feel free to get in touch if you have any feedback for us. However, as with any surgical or non-surgical procedure, there is no guarantee of the outcome, and it is at the patient’s own risk that these procedures are undertaken. Roseneath Skin Clinic does not offer refunds on this basis.
Declaration of relevant information
You, the patient, agree to complete all relevant medical history forms and provide any pertinent information to us that may influence the care we provide. If anything in your medical history or medication history changes, you agree to inform us prior to undertaking any further treatment. If you are unwell on the day of treatment you agree to inform us of this as it may affect your treatment results or risk of side effects.
