Complaints policy

At Roseneath Skin Clinic, we continually strive to improve our practice and encourage patient feedback. If you would like to provide feedback, make suggestions or record a complaint, please email ann@roseneathskinclinic.com. All feedback will be dealt with in confidence.

Alternatively, you can come into the practice and complete an anonymous feedback form, speak to any member of staff, or request a meeting with the Practice Manager: Marilu Lavarello.

If you wish to raise a clinical concern and would like to access an external body, you can contact Save Face through their channels: Raise a Concern (saveface.co.uk). Full details of our complaints policy are available on request.
